You and I shining a light
on the otherwise ordinary dark.
A whispering wet,
outside the cozy quarters,
on Quail Lane.
Our conversation bright,
each sentence clear as a bell,
hymns of delight and mutual insight.
We set to our higher minds
leaving the dull banalities behind
and engage to inspired creation
that brings the pleasure of elevated thought
to the grand stage of our play.
Where colorful dialogue is like
a dance gliding in collaboration
to our intimate celebration.
